Returns Policy

Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt, provided that the goods are returned in unopened, saleable condition.

We are happy to refund or exchange your order, but we are unable to provide credit notes.

You must notify us in writing to  info@inulabeautyspa.com or our postal address (shown below) within 14 days of your receipt date if you are returning or exchanging any products:

Please ensure you return your unused goods, as sold. This includes original packaging, tags and labels, within 14 days of the receipt date. We will process your return and determine if you are eligible to receive a full refund as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days on which you gave us notice of cancellation.

If we determine a full refund, we will refund the price of the Product in full and any applicable delivery charges. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.  Alternatively, you may return the Product for free at our salon (address shown above).  If we believe you are not eligible for a full refund we will contact you using the contact details provided.

If you are exchanging, you will need to let us know which product(s) you would prefer. We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one.  You will need to pay for any return postage but the replacement item(s) will be sent for free.  Alternatively, you may return the Product for free at our salon (address shown above) and we can issue the exchange in person.
